In our last Omen update, Omen was alien pregnant. He's quite happy about it because he finally gets that family he's been wanting.
Not to say playing computer games all day isn't fun, I mean, heck, I play all day. But Omen doesn't want to become a shut-in single dad.
So he heads to Gallow's End Tavern.
While browsing through some computer games however-
Omen notices that hussy Meadow Pederson. He looks away before she notices he's there. What is he going to do, he thinks.
Perhaps not choosing wisely, he grabs the first girl he sees and makes out with her. Thanks for standing in, Marylena. And Meadow gets a big old eye full of what she could have had. A meager part in the side story of an OWBC as a genetic birthing sow.
But much to Omen's embarressment, Marylena shouts out the name of one, Bistre Revenant, Omen's sister now deceased, while making out.
Which sends him into stress labor.
And out plops our little bundle of joy: Rydia Revenant.
But wait. There's another. Welcome to the mix, Cyan Revenant.
Omen has given birth to alien twins.
A nanny will definitely need to be posted in this apartment.
Happy birthday Cyan.
Eesh. And overalls to boot.
Happy birthday Rydia.
I guess you noticed Omen was thinking of Cyan in that last picture, eh?
Well, we certainly know which one he favors, don't we? Tsk tsk.
Poor Rydia. Alien chicks are the best, people. They are the ultimate!
I feel like those eyes just keep getting bigger.
Despite Omen, Cyan loves his twin, and Rydia is a big enough person not to let her fathers favoritism sour her relationship with her brother.
Rydia finds ways to spend her time while her dad molds Cyan into the perfect alien side story heir.
Grandmother Vermillion pops over to see how her boys are doing.
Though she does notice someone is missing from the table. Omen doesn't seem to realize.
He doesn't notice that the twins are very much a like.
They both make great grades.
They both gets the most gold stars at school.
Feeling a pang of responsibility for his daughter, Omen makes her her own little robotic butler.
While Rydia meets her cousin, Rogue, and reveals to the main family that she's the twin of Cyan Revenant and Omen's been keeping her a secret.
And is finally allowed a seat at the table. Her father still ignores her, and encourages her brother to not be afraid of bragging about his achievements.
And increase his own social skills. He'll need to find a bride one day, if he's going to take over the family side story.
Sometimes, though, Cyan just wants to have fun.
But his father has big plans for him.
Omen talks up his son, and vicariously his daughter, as both are being interviewed for places in the Headmasters most prestigous school, Brill Prepatory Academy.
Omen is happy that Cyan is accepted. Rydia is just an extra bonus.
Always ignoring his daughter, Omen congratulates Cyan.
Psych, he's not that heartless. Have a hug, Rydia.
And both children excel at Brill Prep.
Rydia might not be her fathers favorite, but that doesn't mean she has low self-esteem.
She does, afterall, tie with her brothers performance in everyway.
And for those achievements, their family is visited by a gypsy who isn't Professor Lew and not connected already with the family.
I love twins.
Now teenagers, Cyan and Rydia are now free to enter college along side their cousins, Prasine, Rogue, Legion and Roan. Stay tuned for the next chapter of whatever this is called, it's been so long, I've forgotten.
